HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER BULLETIN ISSUED BY THE HONG KONG
OBSERVATORY.
 
THE NORTHEAST MONSOON IS AFFECTING THE COAST OF GUANGDONG.
LOCALLY, MORE THAN 20 MILLIMETRES OF RAINFALL WERE
GENERALLY RECORDED THIS MORNING, AND RAINFALL EVEN EXCEEDED
40 MILLIMETRES OVER NEW TERRITORIES EAST AND CHEK LAP KOK.
 
AT 10 A.M., SUPER TYPHOON HAIMA WAS CENTRED ABOUT 540
KILOMETRES EAST-NORTHEAST OF MANILA. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE
WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 28 KILOMETRES PER HOUR TOWARDS THE
NORTHERN PART OF LUZON.
 
MEANWHILE, TROPICAL STORM SARIKA WAS CENTRED ABOUT 200
KILOMETRES SOUTH OF NANNING. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE
NORTH-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 12 KILOMETRES PER HOUR ACROSS
BEIBU WAN.
