Lands Department releases tender amounts submitted for site in Ho Man Tin

     The Lands Department announced today (November 6) that, in respect of the tender for the site Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11301 at Fat Kwong Street, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon, which was awarded on October 6 to the successful tenderer, Asia Insight Investments Limited (parent company: Kerry Properties Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $4,308,288,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
