Tenders invited for tenancy of government property at 88 Stanley Village Road

The property should only be used for the following purposes:
(i) Retail shop and service trades (excluding temple, shop for retailing or wholesaling of coffin, godown, hotel, cinema, residence, office and any offensive trade as defined under the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Cap. 132), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation); or
(ii) Restaurant; or
(iii) Exhibition or convention hall; or
(iv) Recreational or cultural use; or
(v) Any combination of (i) to (iv) above provided that the property or any part thereof shall not be used for the purpose of a bank, off-course betting centre or motor vehicle showroom.
The tender notice was uploaded today (November 5) to the GPA Property Portal. Tender documents are available for collection at the GPA, 9/F, South Tower, West Kowloon Government Offices, 11 Hoi Ting Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, during 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. The documents can also be downloaded from the GPA Property Portal.
Interested tenderers who wish to conduct a site inspection of the property should make a prior appointment with the GPA by calling 3842 6775 by November 16.
Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on December 3. Late tenders will not be accepted.
