STL to attend North Bund Forum in Shanghai

The 2026 North Bund Forum is themed "Common Challenge, Shared Mission - Promoting the Resilient Development of Global Shipping & Aviation". Ms Chan will attend the opening ceremony and the international shipping forum to exchange views with other participants on global maritime development and enhancing collaboration.
She will then visit a leading port enterprise to learn about its operation and the latest developments in the port and logistics industry.
Ms Chan will depart for Hong Kong in the evening tomorrow. During her absence, the Under Secretary for Transport and Logistics, Mr Liu Chun-san, will be the Acting Secretary for Transport and Logistics.
