Lab advances Chinese medicine tests

The Department of Health's Government Chinese Medicines Testing Institute is dedicated to developing efficient testing methods for Chinese medicines. Since its establishment, the institute has completed 22 thematic research projects, benefiting both the Chinese medicine and testing sectors. It has also launched a pilot project to explore digitising the taste of Chinese medicines, allowing for the development of identification techniques based on taste data.
