​Hongkong Post announced today (September 29) that, as advised by the postal administration of Thailand, mail delivery services to postcode areas 10xxx-13xxx, 15xxx, 20xxx-27xxx, 30xxx-32xxx, 36xxx and 60xxx may be subject to delays due to flooding in the central and eastern parts of Thailand.
