WFSFAA urges public to be alert to fraudulent website

The fraudulent website attempts to lure members of the public to click on unknown hyperlinks which may be embedded for stealing their personal information. The WFSFAA emphasises that the fraudulent website has no connection with the Agency and has referred the case to the Police for follow-up.
The official website addresses of the WFSFAA and "eWFSFAA" are www.wfsfaa.gov.hk and ewfsfaa.gov.hk respectively.
Members of the public are advised not to visit the fraudulent website or any suspicious websites, open or respond to any emails or SMS messages associated with such websites, or provide any personal information. Anyone who has provided his or her personal information to the fraudulent website concerned should contact the Police. For enquiries, please call the WFSFAA's hotline at 2802 2345.
