The Highways Department (HyD) today (September 11) invited tenders for the Provision of Universal Accessibility Facilities at Footbridges, Elevated Walkways and Subways (Package 10) - Site Readiness Preparation (Contract No. HY/2026/06). 

     The works are scheduled to commence in December 2026 and will take about 48 months to complete. The works mainly involve the carrying out of site investigation, utility diversion and associated works for the site readiness preparation works for the provision of universal accessibility facilities at footbridges, elevated walkways and subways (Package 10).  

     Interested tenderers must download the tender forms and other particulars from the Electronic Tendering System for works contracts (e-TS(WC)). 

     The invitation to tender was gazetted today. Tenderers shall submit completed tenders in electronic format via e-TS(WC). Submission of tenders will close at noon on October 23, 2026 (Friday).
