On the notification of the Central People's Government, the National Flag and the Regional Flag of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) displayed at the Central Government Offices, Tamar, Government House, all boundary control and check points of the HKSAR and Hong Kong International Airport will be flown at half staff on August 18 (Tuesday) as a token of mourning by the HKSAR Government for the late Mr Zhu Rongji, former Premier of the State Council.
