************************************************************

A revitalisation project at Mei Lam Estate in Sha Tin, one of the first launched by the Hong Kong Housing Authority's well-being design pretest - a key step in applying the Well-being Design Guide - delights residents and offers a touchstone for city-wide upgrades.      â€‹News.gov.hk spoke to a representative from the Housing Department about the key features of the project. Primary school pupils and a teacher attending the opening ceremony also shared their thoughts on the estate's transformation.
