​The Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, Miss Alice Mak, will depart for Beijing this afternoon (July 27) to attend the opening ceremony of the first course of the Mainland Training Programme for Captains of the Hong Kong District Services and Community Care Teams.

     Miss Mak will return to Hong Kong on July 29. During her absence, the Under Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, Mr Clarence Leung, will act as the Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs.
