HAD to open temporary shelters

The Hong Kong Observatory will issue the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 at 10.10pm today (July 25). A total of 28 temporary shelters operated by the District Offices will open in advance from 8pm today for people in need. Please refer to the annex for details.
