Sport For All Day 2026 free leisure activities

On August 2, the Kowloon Park Sports Centre will be the prime venue with activities inspired by relevant Asian Games sports items like wushu performances; virtual football, equestrian and rowing; and handball and skateboarding fun activities. New sports - floorball play-in will also be introduced. The LCSD has also specially choreographed a new fitness exercise to the SFAD theme song, bringing the fun of sports to the public. Other designated sports centres in various districts will present illustrations and fun activities related to Asian Games sports items. Fitness corners and activities for persons of different ages and disabilities will be provided. Details are available in the Annex.
In addition, the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China will hold the "69th Festival of Sport - Sport for All Experience Day" on the same day (from noon to 7pm) at D‧PARK, Tsuen Wan, at which the LCSD will set up an SFAD activity booth.
As announced earlier, the LCSD will open leisure facilities for free public use for two consecutive days on August 1 and 2. Members of the public may make ballot applications via the SmartPLAY system as individual users for the free sessions from July 16 to 20. A number of supporting organisations will also open their facilities or roll out leisure programmes for the public free of charge on August 1 and 2.
