     The President of the Legislative Council (LegCo), Dr Starry Lee, said Mr William Wong has resigned from office as a LegCo Member effective today (July 3) after giving a written notice of resignation to the Clerk to LegCo. The President respects his decision and earnestly thanks him for his dedicated service to LegCo and contribution to Hong Kong.
