The Government announced today (June 26) that the Chief Executive has reappointed the Chairman of the Harbourfront Commission (HC) and eight incumbent individual members, and has appointed two new individual members to the HC, for a term of two years with effect from July 1, 2026. The appointments were gazetted today.
      
     Mr Ivan Ho Man-yiu is reappointed as the Chairman and the reappointed individual members are Ms Sunnie Lau Sing-yeung, Mr Jonathan Leung Chun, Dr Lawrence Li Kwok-chang, Mr Jason Shum Jiu-sang, Mr Bondy Wen Tsz-kit, Mr Eric Yeung Chuen-sing, Dr Frankie Yeung Wai-shing and Mr Yiu Pak-leung. The newly appointed individual members are Mr Stanley Choi Tak-shing and Miss Sam Lok Hom-ning.
      
     Welcoming the above appointments, the Secretary for Development, Ms Bernadette Linn, said, "The newly appointed and reappointed members come from different professional backgrounds and they can inject new perspectives into harbourfront development matters. My team in the Government and I look forward to continuing close collaboration with the HC under the leadership of Mr Ho to further enhance the vibrancy of harbourfront development and create better harbourfront experiences for our citizens and visitors."
      
     Established in 2010, the HC advises the Government on Victoria Harbour's harbourfront planning, design, management and other related matters.
