     The Hospital Authority announces that since the Hong Kong Observatory has issued the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the evening clinic of the Family Medicine Outpatient Services has been suspended. Patients with an appointment are advised to make a new appointment after the cancellation of the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal. Accident and Emergency services at public hospitals remain normal.
