The Lands Department announced today (June 17) that, in respect of the tender for the site Tung Chung Town Lot No. 54 at Area 106A, Tung Chung, New Territories, which was awarded on May 19 to the successful tenderer, Able Best Limited, on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1,627,000,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
