Tenders invited for Ma Tau Kok Landscaped Deck and the adjoining Waterfront Promenade Works

The works are scheduled to commence in September 2026 and will take about 35 months to complete. The works mainly include:
(i) design and construction of Ma Tau Kok Landscaped Deck and associated landscaping works;
(ii) design and construction of a section of Ma Tau Kok Waterfront Promenade of approximately 280 metres in length and associated landscaping works;
(iii) reprovisioning of Kowloon City Ferry Pier Public Transport Interchange, metered parking area and San Ma Tau Street Public Toilet; and
(iv) carrying out associated works including civil and geotechnical works, electrical and mechanical works, road and drainage works, lighting works, establishment works and environmental mitigation measures.
The HyD has commissioned the Arup-Mott MacDonald Joint Venture as the consultant to design and supervise the construction works. Interested tenderers must download the tender forms and other particulars from the Electronic Tendering System for works contracts (e-TS(WC)).
The invitation to tender was gazetted today. Tenderers shall submit completed tenders in electronic format via e-TS(WC). Submission of tenders will close at noon on June 12, 2026 (Friday).
