The Secretary for Environment and Ecology, Mr Tse Chin-wan, will depart for Tianjin at noon today (April 16).

     During the visit, Mr Tse will visit the green low-carbon circular economy demonstration base under the China Resources Recycling Group at the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, and the China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, to learn about the latest developments of the country in implementing the circular economy and promoting an ecological civilisation, etc.

     Mr Tse will return to Hong Kong on April 18. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Environment and Ecology, Miss Diane Wong, will be the Acting Secretary for Environment and Ecology.
