WSD taps into high-tech solutions

With the Government driving innovation across the board, look no further than the Water Supplies Department's robot named Intelligent Arm, which recently won a Gold Medal with Congratulations of the Jury at the 51st International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva.

News.gov.hk interviewed engineers from the department, who outlined the functions and advantages of Intelligent Arm, and introduced two other robots: Smart Drone, which is used for water sampling, and the six-legged Smart Inspection Robot Dog, which is deployed in facility patrols.
