CS to visit Shaanxi Province

     The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Chan Kwok-ki, will depart for a visit to Shaanxi Province tomorrow morning (April 4) to meet and exchange with local leaders, deepen co-operation between Shaanxi and Hong Kong, and to attend a memorial ceremony for legendary emperor Huang Di during the Ching Ming Festival.
      
     Mr Chan will return to Hong Kong in the afternoon on April 5. During Mr Chan's absence, the Deputy Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Cheuk Wing-hing, will be the Acting Chief Secretary for Administration.
