Octopus subsidy enquiry website and hotline's Interactive Voice Response System of Public Transport Fare Subsidy Scheme to temporarily suspend services for maintenance on March 24 evening

     The Transport Department (TD) announced today (March 20) that the subsidy enquiry website of the Public Transport Fare Subsidy Scheme for Octopus users (subsidy-enquiry.octopus.com.hk) and the Interactive Voice Response System of the hotline 2969 5500 will be temporarily suspended from 6pm to 7pm and 6pm to 9pm on March 24 (Tuesday) respectively for system maintenance.

     During system maintenance, Octopus users can use the Octopus App or contact the customer service representatives via the hotline to check their subsidy details, or apply for the transfer of public transport expenses and uncollected subsidies as usual. The TD has requested Octopus Cards Limited to complete the necessary work and resume normal services for the website and hotline as soon as possible. Users are advised to handle subsidy matters in advance where necessary.
