The Lands Department announced today (March 19) that, in respect of the tender for the site Shau Kei Wan Inland Lot No. 860 at Shau Kei Wan Main Street East, Hong Kong, which was awarded on February 16 to the successful tenderer, Fine Century Holdings Limited (parent company: Kerry Properties Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1,383,899,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
