HKSAR Government representatives to attend United Nations Human Rights Council meeting

The Deputy Secretary for Justice, Dr Cheung Kwok-kwan, is departing for Geneva, Switzerland, today (March 15) to attend the 61st session of the United Nations Human Rights Council. Dr Cheung will be joined by representatives of the Department of Justice, the Security Bureau and the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau.

Officials of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government will attend the meeting as members of the Chinese delegation.

Dr Cheung will leave Switzerland for Hong Kong on March 18.
