The Lands Department announced today (March 11) that, in respect of the tender for the site New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6675 at Choi Ha Road, Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon, which was awarded on February 10 to the successful tenderer, Maxjet Company Limited (parent company: China Overseas Land & Investment Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1,806,880,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
