The Lands Department announced today (February 24) that the tender for a site, Tsing Yi Town Lot No. 203 at No. 183 Tsing Yi Road West, Tsing Yi, New Territories, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, PetroChina International (Hong Kong) Corporation Limited, on a 13-year land grant at a premium of $12,450,000. The site has an area of about 1 973.9 square metres for electric vehicle charging station purposes.

     The other tenderer was Shell Hong Kong Limited.
