The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (February 20) that the Kwu Tung Playground and Tung Fong Children's Playground will be permanently closed starting from March 2 for the development of the Kwu Tung North New Development Area. Land at the Kwu Tung North New Development Area has been reserved for the future provision of recreational facilities for public use. During this period, the public may use similar facilities in the North District.
