The Lands Department announced today (February 9) that, in respect of the tender for the site New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6674 at Choi Hing Road, Jordan Valley, Kowloon, which was awarded on January 7 to the successful tenderer, King Virtue Limited (parent companies: Sino Land Company Limited and Great Eagle Holdings Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1,610,000,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
