Hongkong Post announced today (February 5) that, as advised by the postal administration of Spain, mail delivery services to the postcode areas 11201 - 11207, 11300, 11311, 11330, 11370, 11380, 11600, 11610, 11680, 11690, 11693, 29380, 29400 and 29480 are subject to delays due to severe weather in the southern region of Spain.
