The Court of First Instance of the High Court today (January 21) allowed the appeal lodged by the Aggressive Construction Company Limited (ACCL) against the Building Authority's (BA) decision to remove it from the register of general building contractors, and ruled that the Buildings Department (BD), in its capacity as the BA, should reconsider ACCL's application for renewal of registration.

     The BD said it will study the judgement in details with the Department of Justice to actively consider an appeal.
