Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Office to showcase GBA development opportunities at Education & Careers Expo

     The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Office under the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau will set up a booth at the four-day Education & Careers Expo 2026 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from tomorrow (January 22) to introduce the latest developments of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) as well as the opportunities available for study, internships, employment and entrepreneurship, along with related support services, with a view to providing practical information on the development of the GBA to the public. Young people interested in pursuing development in the Mainland cities of the GBA are welcome to visit the exhibition.
 
     A spokesman for the Office said that the GBA serves as an ideal platform for Hong Kong young people to integrate into the national development and realise their aspirations. With its vast market potential, innovative industrial ecosystem, and room for diversified development, the GBA offers boundless opportunities for the younger generation. The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government continuously introduces and enhances various support services to assist Hong Kong young people in pursuing further studies, internships, entrepreneurship and employment in mainland GBA cities, helping them realise their aspirations.
 
     This is the sixth consecutive year that the Office has participated in the Education & Careers Expo. The Office booth offers rich information alongside interactive games. GBA-themed souvenirs will also be distributed while stocks last.
 
     The Education & Careers Expo 2026 will be held at Hall 1 of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Admission is free. The Office booth will be located at Hall 1E (Booth 1E-A02) and will be open from 10am to 7pm from January 22 to 24, and from 10am to 6pm on January 25.
