​Hongkong Post announced today (January 19) that, as advised by the postal administration of Thailand, mail delivery services to most areas previously affected by circumstances at the border and flooding have returned to normal. However, mail delivery services to postcode areas 13xxx and 90xxx are still subject to delays.
