SED to lead delegation to Guangxi for teachers' professional exchange activities

The Secretary for Education, Dr Choi Yuk-lin, will commence her visit to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region tomorrow (December 27). She will lead a delegation of nearly 80 Hong Kong principals and teachers to participate in the 30th Gala for Gardeners of Chinese Nation organised by the Ministry of Education in Beihai, and conduct professional exchanges with hundreds of Chinese education practitioners from across the country and overseas.

During her stay, Dr Choi will also visit Nanning to strengthen education exchanges and collaboration between Hong Kong and Guangxi.

Dr Choi will conclude her visit on December 29 and return to Hong Kong the following day (December 30). During her absence, the Under Secretary for Education, Dr Sze Chun-fai, will be the Acting Secretary for Education.
