​Hongkong Post announced today (December 9) that, as advised by the postal administration of Thailand, owing to circumstances at the border, mail delivery services to postcode areas 31180, 32210, 32140, 33110, 33140, 33150, 34260 and 34280 are subject to delays.

     Furthermore, mail delivery services previously affected by flooding to the postcode areas 13xxx and 90xxx are still subject to delays.
