Nine more men and one woman arrested for manslaughter in connection with No. 5 alarm fire in Tai Po

The ten arrestees, aged 40 to 77, included a consultant, scaffolding subcontractors and a middleman of the relevant project. A man and a woman, both aged 46, have been released on bail and are required to report back to Police in early December. The other arrestees are being detained for further enquiries.
Concerning the aforementioned case, Police had earlier arrested three other men, aged between 52 and 68, for manslaughter. They have been released on bail.
Active investigation by the Regional Crime Unit of New Territories North is under way.
