Lands Department launches e-Government Rent and Premium Portal

     The Lands Department today (November 19) launched the e-Government Rent and Premium Portal (e-GRP) (egrp.landsd.gov.hk), a one-stop portal to facilitate the public in managing and enquiring about matters related to Government rent or premiums collected by the Lands Department.

     Starting today, members of the public can register as e-GRP users to handle Government rent or premium matters for their respective accounts through the e-GRP, including (1) receiving electronic demand notes; (2) enquiring about account balances; (3) enquiring about payment history; (4) submitting online applications; and (5) checking an application status. The Lands Department will issue new demand notes through the e-GRP and remind users to make payments via email.

     The public can also register an account and access the e-GRP using the "iAM Smart" mobile app.
