     ​The spokesman for Kowloon Hospital made the following update today (November 17) regarding a patient leaving the hospital earlier:

     The 24-year-old male patient who left the hospital earlier today (November 17) has returned to the hospital at around 8.45pm today. The patient is in stable condition.
