SCST congratulates Siobhan Bernadette Haughey on winning gold medal at 15th National Games

     The Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Miss Rosanna Law, today (November 13) extended her congratulations to Hong Kong, China swimming athlete Siobhan Bernadette Haughey on winning a gold medal in Women's 200m Freestyle at the 15th National Games of the People's Republic of China (NG).

     Miss Law said, "Siobhan Bernadette Haughey reaped the gold medal with her excellent performance, exceptional ability and tireless efforts, demonstrating Hong Kong athletes' talent. Same as other Hong Kong citizens, I am so proud of her and wish her success in the remaining competitions."

     The Hong Kong, China Delegation has so far won four medals, namely three golds and 1 bronze, in sailing, cycling, tennis and swimming at the 15th NG.
