Appointments to Property Management Services Authority

The Chief Executive has re-appointed Dr James Wong Kong-tin as the Chairperson and appointed Ms Wong Hau-yan as the Vice-chairperson of the PMSA. He has also appointed six individuals as new members of the PMSA. In addition, 12 serving members have also been re-appointed. The appointments will take effect on December 1, 2025, for a period of three years.
The Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, Miss Alice Mak, welcomed the above appointments. She also thanked the outgoing Vice-chairperson, Professor Eddie Hui Chi-man, and other outgoing members for their sterling contributions to the PMSA over their term.

The PMSA is a body corporate established under the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626). Its principal functions are to regulate and control the provision of property management services in Hong Kong by the licensing of property management companies and property management practitioners; to promote the integrity, competence and professionalism of the profession of property management services; and to maintain and enhance the status of the profession of property management services.
