The following is issued on behalf of the Judiciary:
 
     The Judiciary has announced that, as the Hurricane Signal No. 10 remains in force, all court and tribunal hearings will be adjourned this morning (September 24).
 
     If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is still in force at 11am, hearings will remain adjourned this afternoon. The arrangement for adjourned hearings will be separately announced.
 
     Court/tribunal registries and offices are closed until further notice. Court users may continue to use the integrated Court Case Management System (iCMS) for those electronic services that have been implemented at individual court/tribunal registries as usual. Any documents filed via the iCMS during the registries’ closure will be deemed received upon their reopening.
