The Fire Services Department received reports at 4.12am today (September 23) that a fire broke out at a recycling site at the junction of Tsing Sheung Road and Hong Wan Road in Tsing Yi. A firefighting operation is underway.
Members of the public who are being affected by the smoke and an unusual odour carried by the wind are advised to stay indoors, close their doors and windows, and stay calm.
