The Hong Kong Observatory will consider issuing the Gale or Storm Signal, No. 8 tomorrow (September 23) afternoon. In view of the possible threats that Super Typhoon Ragasa may pose to Hong Kong, a total of 46 temporary shelters operated by the District Offices will open in advance from 8am tomorrow for people in need. Please refer to the annex for details. District Offices will closely monitor the situation, and if necessary, individual temporary shelters will commence operation earlier today.
