Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident happened in Ngau Tau Kok yesterday (September 14), in which a man died.

     At 8.38pm, a motorcycle driven by a 27-year-old non-ethnic Chinese man was travelling along Kwun Tong Road towards Kwun Tong. Upon approaching near Ping Shek Estate, it reportedly collided with a bus driven by a 56-year-old man, travelling along Kwun Tong Road eastbound. The motorcyclist reportedly fell onto the ground and was rolled over by a bus driven by a 58-year-old man, travelling along Kwun Tong Road eastbound.

     Sustaining serious multiple injuries, the motorcyclist was rushed to United Christian Hospital in unconscious state and was certified dead at 9.12pm.

     Investigation by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon East is underway.
