HAD to open temporary shelters

The Hong Kong Observatory will issue the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 at 9.20pm today (September 7). A total of 29 temporary shelters operated by the District Offices will open in advance from 7.20pm today for people in need. Please refer to the annex for details.
