Hongkong Post announced today (August 29) that, as advised by the postal administration of the Philippines, mail delivery services to Metro Manila, the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Batangas, Aurora, Quezon, Rizal, Laguna, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, Masbate and Northern Samar, previously affected by severe weather, have returned to normal.
