Ten men and three women arrested in connection with murder in Tin Shui Wai

     Police arrested ten men and three women, aged from 25 to 65, in various districts yesterday (August 25) and today (August 26) for murder, unlawful detention, assisting offenders, possession of dangerous drugs and resisting arrest.

     Investigation revealed that the arrestees were in suspected connection with a murder case happened in Tin Shui Wai on August 25, in which a 51-year-old local man died. Seven arrestees were also suspected of unlawfully detaining a 27-year-old man in Tin Shui Wai.

     The arrested persons are being detained for further enquiries.

     Active investigation by the Regional Crime Unit of New Territories North is underway.
