Hongkong Post announced today (August 19) that, as advised by the postal administration of Thailand, mail delivery services to postcode areas 31180, 32140, 32150, 32210, 32230, 33110, 33140, 33150, 34260 and 34280 previously affected by the circumstances in the region, have returned to normal.
