​Hongkong Post announced today (August 13) that, as advised by the postal administration of Thailand, mail delivery services to postcode areas 55xxx and 57xxx previously affected by flooding in the northern region have returned to normal. However, mail delivery services to postcode areas 31180, 32140, 32150, 32210, 32230, 33110, 33140, 33150, 34260 and 34280 that were previously affected by the circumstances in the region are still subject to delay.
