WSD launches new all-in-one "eWater" mobile app

Through "eWater", users can stay on the top of a wide range of water services information such as real-time push notifications on latest updates of water suspensions and resumptions anytime and anywhere. Users can also manage their accounts and apply for various water services directly within the app, including the taking up and closing of water accounts, settling water bill payments via the Faster Payment System with specific e-banking mobile apps, applying for e-bill services, and viewing billing summaries and payment histories without the need to deal with submissions by post or in-person, providing a one-stop excellent experience for users to access water services in an easy and flexible manner.
The "eWater" app shows the amount due for the latest water bill with push notification options for bill issuance and payment deadlines. Users may also subscribe to specific districts or housing estates to receive location-specific water suspension and resumption alerts, ensuring that they stay informed about any water supplies status updates in their area.
The "eWater" app works on Android, iOS and Huawei devices, and is available for free downloading at Google Play, the Apple App Store and the Huawei AppGallery. The public can also scan the attached QR code or visit the WSD thematic website to download "eWater" for free.
