Missing man in Kwai Chung located

Leung Wai-lam, aged 61, went missing after he left his caring home on Tai Loong Street on July 23 morning. Staff of the caring home then made a report to Police.
The man was located outside a shopping mall on Hing Fong Road this afternoon (July 29). He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
